No, I don’t think so.  It’s the trend right now for them not to match so that’s what I’m doing.  I like the non-matching fingers/toes thing.  πŸ˜‰

Mine never match, so they won’t on my wedding day either.  I’m probably going to have yellow glitter toes and a Shellac french/soft white mani.

However when I was a Bridesmaid or Best Man in my sisters wedding last year, she wanted our tips and toes to match.  I think it’s just personal preference.

Not at all! I love fun colored toenail polish in peep toe shoes for your wedding. Of course, you can also have fun fingernail colors, but if you don’t want to go that bold, it’s great to contrast!

I had brightly colored toes and a French shellac manicure. I loved it. πŸ™‚

I had a crazy neon pink on my toes and a french tip on my hands.

    Do whatever floats your boat!

I’m probably going to go the traditional french manicure route, but I was thinking of doing a pink pedicure (my shoes are pink). Because really, how much are people going to see your toes anyways?

@hecallsmelove:    Absolutely fine!  You can do whatever you want on your own day and it will be just perfect.  Red fingers and toes is just fine.

I never match mine, special occasion or not. Usually I coordinate, and the pedi will be a darker or more intense version of the mani.

For my wedding day, however, I went totally out of the box: a beautiful deep blue with sparkles on the toes, and a classic pale pink on the fingers. I wore closed-toed shoes, so it didn’t matter what I did to the toes — and Darling Husband got a real kick (ha) out of them!

I never match my toes to my fingers but I always make sure they are complementing colours!

I wore a light pink on my fingers and a bright pink on my toes, my shoes were closed toe heels but I wanted something fun for my honeymoon!! Gotta have the fun colored toes for the beach!
