Oh dear… what jewelry store is this?! Do they have no pride in their craft? I would never allow jewelry to go back to a customer like this.

I REALLY hope they get it right for you this time!! It’s a pretty ring and a gorgeous stone, so I definitely understand being upset about not being able to wear it.

@ChellFish22:  Haha yeah SERIOUSLY! The stone being there should be a given, not something to get excited about, LOL.

I’m personally not a huge fan of Kay, but my cousin’s wedding set is from there and she loves it. (She was kind of bummed because a few months before her wedding she had to exchange the e-ring her now-husband had originally proposed with because the diamonds kept falling out, but she absolutely loves the design of the rings.)

If it comes back wrong this time, will they refund you the price of the setting?

@ChellFish22:  You’re totally right. And I can’t believe they won’t refund it when they screwed it up so badly! But at least the other place would give you something for it.

I really REALLY hope it comes back perfect this time so that it doesn’t come to that.
