I probably won’t be starting my TWW until this weekend, but that’s close enough right?

@ms sweets:  Yay!  Cycle Twins!  I got 7 highs on my monitor, lost count of how many times we bd’d (exhausted us!) and got my peak/egg on the monitor on Sunday and Monday!  I am 2 DPO!  It’s my second month ttc, and last month I had symptoms and was all hopeful and happy, and was so devastated by the BFNs.  SO this month I’m much more laid back…I’m not testing until at least 12DPO.  Last month I know I spent $200 on pg tests!  Dh would probably give me a stern talking-to if he know that all of our “Publix” and “Super Target” transactions for groceries included household items such as, um, FRERs at $9 a 2 pack:)

But bottom line is that it’s traumatic to get BFN after BFN, so that was my lesson learned.  I am not doing that to myself this month…It drove me crazier.

Hi, I’m new here (longtime lurker) and I’m in my TWW. I’m 4 DPO and this is our first cycle trying. I thought this TWW thing would be easy, but I keep looking for symptoms. Today at lunch I couldn’t figure out how to open the door to the restaurant my friend and I went to and I thought, “Is this a pregnancy brain fog? or am I just dumb today?”

Thanks for welcoming me! I’m going crazy, I thought this waiting part would be a piece of cake but it really isn’t. I’m finding it hard to concentrate on anything unless it has to do with babies, trying to conceive or pregnancy. And since our family and friends know that we’re trying, I’ve been getting IMs and calls of “Are you pregnant yet?” No pressure?

@mrsjazz: That must be so irritating! I’d be tempted to say “Not sure – my uterus must have stage fright from all the people watching her.”

Well ladies, I’m pretty sure I’ve ovulated and am now an official member of the TWW. Now it’s time to crank up the patience.

How’s everyone else doing? Staying sane (and faux-symptom-free)?

I’ve got about 1 week to go. Does that count? I’m trying not to read too much into any “symptoms” but its hard! Ugh!
