    I would consider myself an optimist. I always think, and truely believe, the best possible result will come from each situation. I am a big dreamer and it is very easy to get my hopes up or get me excited. Some people try to make me look at situations in a more realistic way but even when I say I am inside I am absolutely believing that everything will be wonderful and work out amazingly.

    Gosh I sound annoying when I type it out.

    @GreenEyedMoon: bahaha

    @MapleMoose: I’m an optimistic. I always try to think positive no matter what, I do try hard, somedays I’m just like f*** it… but most of the time I think positive.

    I’ve always answered that question by saying, “it’s neither half full or half empty, it’s just twice as big as it needs to be.”

    Not sure what that makes me… maybe a realist?

    Sometimes I’m called a pessimist, but I really consider myself a realist. I like the answer “It’s just a glass.” Very nice and practical. 🙂

    But, I think I do tend to view situations somewhat in a more negative light, because then I’m never disappointed. (When does Darling Husband get home from work? Well, technically he gets off at 3:30, so he might be home as early as 3:45, but really… he usually has to work late, so I’m not even going to expect him til 5…and if he comes early, then I’ll be pleasantly surprised!)

    optimist. When I see that Fiance left half of a drink in a glass and forgot about it, I”ll drink it. Especially if it is blueberry iced tea.

    It’s funny because I’m an optomist in some things and a pessimist in others.

    When I’m driving? I’m totally a pessimist. Everybody is an idiot, a crazy person, in the way, purposely being annoying, etc lol

    When I’m watching movies? I’m an optomist. I hate any movie that purposely focuses on negative emotions. I want to be entertained and I’m not entertained by feeling angry, sad, annoyed, scared, or freaked out.

    When it comes to people I know I’m definitely an optimist.

    When it comes to politics, I’m a pessimist. Through and through. I hate everyone and everything is going down the toilet.

    The glass …. is viewed differently depending on how I feel that day.

    Sometimes I’m an optimist, sometimes I’m a realist, and sometimes I can get pessimistic.  It all depends.
