Not sure why my answer isn’t posting…I had to strip the links, I’m trying again, hoping it works this time!

It may be palladium, which is in the platnium family but much lighter and actually harder than platnium. You should double-check your order to see what it says, and not freak out! Palladium is actually a rarer metal and much cheaper than platnium because it’s less dense, less of it is needed to build the same shape.

As long as you did not overpay for the ring, consider whether you would still keep it or not, since it’s much more durable than white gold and you don’t need to replate. I’m actually a huge fan of palladium but not every jewelers offers it as an option.

For example, for a F&B ring, the palladium version costs the same as the 14K white gold version at $850 but the platnium version costs 300 more at $1,150. I can’t post the link because weddingbee urgh, but you can check any ring and see the price difference.

We had a terrible experience with them. My boyfriend ordered from their Iced Solitaire Collection. When he received it, he noticed that the band was completely off centered where it attached to the prongs. He had me put it on and it looked like the band had been stepped on and bent. They told him to send it back and they would fix it. Instead of making a new ring, like they should have, they just kept trying to “adjust” it. They would then send him pictures that clearly showed it was still not centered. They kept telling him they couldn’t see what he was talking about. If we could both see the clear defect, I am sure a Jeweler could as well. It was so frustrating. Finally, he just demanded his money back, and told them to keep the ring. Their pictures show a much higher level of craftsmanship than what we received.

My ring was purchased less than 2 years ago. It is made of platinum and the top of the band under the basket support literally cracked in half. The setting was never centered with the arch support below, and the arch is incredibly thin and not supportive. When I contacted F&B I have received nothing but lack of accountability and consistent blame of me incurring some trauma to it. I work a desk job, and take care of my ring meticulously. Platinum is a strong material if crafted well, which this was not, yet somehow its become my problem ultimately. We purchased the lifetime warranty for the set, which is no longer offered. When attempting to set up repair we were told that they were extending a customer service courtesy by attempting the repair as it is not covered. They charged us $150 for the repair and an additional $20 to ship back. I had to pay to ship it to the repair facility which cost over $50 to have it properly shipped and insured. Communication was abysmal and I had to reach out personally instead of being provided updates. Upon fixing the crack, they made my ring too large in the process. I was then told that they could resize the ring to its proper size, but that it would more than likely result in a thinning of the band. The band is already thin, I certainly did not want it thinner than it originally was, especially when it was of no fault of my own. They finally resized it to its original size and shipped it back. I received it this past Monday, and opened it up to notice that the sides of my ring were fully gapping from the setting. When I communicated my issues with F&B they stated that it was due to the repair, but once again, this wasn’t seen as something that should be actively communicated to the customer. They have ruined a ring I once loved and offered the most insulting resolution of $100 refunded. That amount does not even cover what was paid for a subpar disjointed repair. This company claims to want to exceed industry standards on all marks, and they fail all around. They do not care about the quality or your satisfaction. I filed with the BBB to attempt to facilitate a true resolution, as what was offered was incredibly insulting. Save yourself some heartache and money and purchase elsewhere. Don’t get caught up in the flashy Instagram videos or photos, as your investment won’t last. I’ve attached pics below.

Don’t worry about the plat not being there, it is not standard.  I’ve had many settings made where they forgot literally to stamp it.  I even had my jewelers initials stamped one time, I made them take it out and just leave the gold grade stamp.  Even though the ring is custom, you should call and give them a chance to make it right with detailed photos of what looks off.

Good to see some honest feedbacks here, truth is they are a total scam, bought various Moisennites from other suppliers and thought I would try their unique ice cube cut and I bought the 5ct cushion near colourless D equivalent but it arrived a visibly ‘yellow’ stone, at least a K on diamond color scale, their response was that because larger stones are more likely to be yellow (well then grade it true to the scale if you’re gonna use the diamond color scale) and since they charge more for D what does this made them but scammers? The cut was horrible it’s too deep and no sparkle to speak of, the whole stone looks dull and plastic (their explanation was that the ice crush cut intentionally dull the brilliance of Moisennite to mimmick diamond, clearly they failed). I was speechless. Lesson learnt.

fandbscam :  They’re at different angles so the picture is not that helpful. The F&B is turned toward the left so the light is reflecting off of the stone differently. Can you retake one with the F&B at the same angle as the other stone? Also your username is fandbscam, is that the only reason you’re here?
