a few things. just remember court is focused on facts and not feelings, emotions or opinions if you have a contract. Weddings, Anniversaries and birthdays are very emotional events and when its your event you can have all sorts of expectations and desires. Make sure Deliverables are in the contract. Those are concrete things which can hold up in a court of law.
I dont like the service, I’m not happy, she’s not good those are judgements about the situation but what does the contract state? Make sure the specifics are there. If not you’ll go to court sounding like an irrational emotional person who wants to have everything perfect and wants to sue someone because it didn’t turn out that way. You could get sympathy but no judgement, no refund…. the jugde heard you and so what, now.
