FWIW, though, I’ve never had any problem with a boiling pot of water & a second small of pot inside of it for melting chocolate. I’m lazy & don’t really stir it often, either! lol.

Very cool.  I make truffle balls (similar to cake pops but I use cookies and cream cheese… they are oreo truffle balls but I don’t use oreo cookies, just something similar).  Simple and delicious.  My first attempt at cake pops came out too sweet so next time I’ll use less icing LOL.  Plus yours look so pretty… almost too pretty to eat.  Almost!
