You have very pretty lips, but I don’t think it’s the most flattering color. It’s a little too fuchsia for me.

@MsRicky:  Love the eyes but I do agree with the other PP that the color on your lips may not be right. Over all I think it is beautiful πŸ™‚

@MsRicky:  I agree with the above, I love how you’ve done your eyes but wonder whether a nude/light pinky toned lipstick/gloss would suit you better πŸ™‚

@MsRicky:  I like the lipcolor! And I think your eyes look beautiful. Here are my suggestions/reasoning:

  • I think you need a heavier foundation. In my opinion, your foundation looks a little light and more like everyday. I think you need a fuller coverage foundation that is slightly more matte.
  • I think you need more highlighting at your cheekbone. I would suggest a liquid highlighter like Benefit High Beam or Stila makes a great one.
  • More concealer underneath your inner eye. However, if you change to a heavier foundation, this might eliminate some of the darkeness.
  • I think you need lip liner if you are not already using one. If you ARE already using one, you need more of it on your bottom lip. I can see where your natural lip color and lipstick meet, and lip liner will help mesh the two.

I think your eye makeup and brows look incredible. Overall great job!

Eyes are gorgeous. Something about the lip color doesn’t look right to me.

I know you need makeup to be brighter so you’re not washed out in pro photos, but maybe the shade is just a bit off with your skin tone.

@MsRicky:  LOVE LOVE LOVE the eyes! I have to agree that maybe a bit more of a pale pink would look a lot softer with your beautiful skin.

A good lip stain is JustBitten by Revlon, but my MUA used MAC lipstick and then some kind of sealing lip gloss (I’m sure you could email a local artist or ask a person at a beauty counter about it) and none of it came off and it lasted for about 8 hours.

@MsRicky:  I have terrible dark circles. I have used all types of concealer, and I swear by Maybelline Super Stay 24/7 Concealer. It is truly incredible. It is not creamy, it doesn’t smear off, it dries like a tough tough foundation. I literally have to scrub it off at night. I have converted my mom and many friends to it!

I think the lip color is too cool for your skin tone and the makeup on the eyes is relecting too much. Try getting some pictures on a “good camera” and look at the outcome after that.

love the eyes !

you have the perfect bow in your lip !! beauiful (sorry if thats weird to say) if you wanted to do something more then nude on your lips a good way to pick a color is look on the inside of your bottom lip you can go two shades darker or lighter then that… if you want to do darker/brighter I would do a matt lip stick with a semi gloss over it !
