(Closed) first dance in ceremony?

@jlyons:  where is the ceremony? At a church, maybe not? But if the wedding is in the same location, it might be okay. 

Or when everyone moves upstairs for drinks why not have it then?

@jlyons:  oh well, then sure I would have it after the ceremony, like have someone announce you’ll be doing the first dance so it will be private for friends and family or something. Also it would be a great photo op, dancing in a gazebo, reminds me of Twilight lol. Anyways, as a guest I wouldn’t second guess it and I would think it is lovely.

@jlyons:  haha I love twilight! We’re walking down the isle to a Thousand Years on purpose! it’s not tacky and I think your guests will be happily surprised 🙂
