I guess that means it’s time to buckle down and watch what I eat and workout so I won’t be bloated when they start sticking pins in my dress.
Any good recommendations on foods to help de-bloat? I know to stay hydrated, but I need something to counteract the one Diet Coke I have each day (it’s the only bright spot in my work day so please don’t tell me to give it up!).
Reduce salt. Hydrate. Pilates. What else?
