Hi bees, so I had my first fitting today and it was a rude awakening as to my weight gain over the summer. I’m very flat chested and when I bought the dress I don’t remember having the armpit/shoulder flab problem, but once it was cinched down.. oh boy, not a pretty sight. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to tone that down a bit? (Please ignore the goofy face… I was excited to have maybe found a veil I like haha)

It’s a corset back and it just looks like they tied it too tight. Can you have them loosen it and see how it fits? It looks the right size on you and it looks fabulous!! Beautiful dress. Love the birdcage with it too.

I agree with PP that the corset may be a bit tight. But if you’d like to tone up a bit I’d recommend doing chest exercises with weights. Or just exercise in general since you can’t really spot reduce. 🙂

I agree with pp it may be tied tighter then the last time you tried it on.

Thanks ladies, I hadn’t thought about the tightness of the corset. It was definitely a whole lot tighter this go around. But I’ll definitly hit the weights and cardio too 🙂

FutureMrsBarks: Yeah, that to me looks like a “tied too tight” issue as opposed to you. You look terrific!
