Im having a small wedding ceremony in Texas and we’re running off to do it in 2 shorts months. Craziness! I went for my first fitting and was nervous bc I had a straight neckline changed to a sweetheart. I LOVE the job she did! It fits me perfectly. I have some toning up to do (dont know how much more I can get done in 2 months, lol) but besides that Im thrilled!
For my hair, I wanted it to be pushed to one side, long romantic curls. Pickups are very flirty and so are curls. Maybe I will do half-up curls and a veil with a comb over that. Not sure yet!!
One thing for sure, I love this dress! It looks similar to the designer dresses I picked out.
I feel like the top is maybe a little plain. What kinds of things could I have sewn into the top to make it have more personality? Looking for fresh ideas! I already know about sashes, brooches, etc. Please feel free to give me input if you have a good idea 🙂

I was going to say a brooch would be a cool idea, but there’s already a bit of bling in your sash area. Why not a statement necklace?

Thank you guys so much!!! We were going to do a church wedding and would have loved that, but we didnt have the time or really the budget. So we’re running away together! We are having family come but thats all unfortunately. I wanted to keep the dress a secret, seems so much more sacred that way! You guys are the only ones who have seen 😉 I supposed am a non-traditional bride in that sense, I didnt need the whole group of females to say yea or nay (although it would have been fun and a beautiful experience!). I knew what I wanted going in!
