I’ve just had my first of 2 final fittings….what i’ve added below is the dress pinned to fit me so it’s all still a little wonky. I’m having the hem taken up a little too.
What do you think? I think i’m happy with it but do you think I should have it altered to be this fitted though? Do my hips look too big? PLEASE BE HONEST.
Is there anything else you would do to this dress?

You look incredible. Not too fitted at all.

Thank you! I’ve had a little dress regret since I bought this dress over a year ago! I’ve been paranoid about the fit!

I think it looks great and as long as you are free to move and breath and sit it’s amazing.
I really like how you look in it.

It’s beautiful on you. It reminds me of the Casablanca 1995, once my dream dress. Sigh.

@Elm tree: Lol! This is actually called Casablanca but it’s by Enzoani 🙂

I had a serious debate between this dress and my diana. I think you look AMAZING in it. Don’t fret one bit. And – it’s best to get the dress fitted to be on the verge of too tight because if you’re anything like me and many other brides, you’ll lose some weight in the few days right before the wedding.

Since when are hips a bad thing?! That’s the whole point of a mermaid sillhouette! You have the perfect curves in the perfect places for your height, you look stunning.
