After a night out with a group of friends involving drinking and dancing (he was a terrible dancer, btw), he drove me home. While in his car eating my midnight burger, he leaned in for a kiss and I freaked out. I sent him a long email telling him how sorry I was for what had happened and that I really just wanted to be friends. Fast forward 2 years later, after dating several jerks, I came to my senses.

Our first kiss was on our third date. I went to his house to watch a movie. He put on the most unromantic movie ever, I forget what it’s called but it ends with a guy dying. And then the credits came…. and awkward silence b/c I feel like we were both thinking about making out during the whole movie, but it wasn’t that kind of movie so we just sat there. And then I went in for the kiss!

We hung out a couple of times before we went on an official date and at the end of one evening, he mentioned he was the world’s slowest person at “making a move.” I was all coy and pretended I didn’t know what kind of move he meant, but said “maybe next time” with a big smile when we said goodnight. So fast forward a week or two to our first actual date, we saw a matinee, got ice cream, then dinner, then played on some swings but they were squeaky so we went for a walk. Basically spent the whole day together. So towards dusk, we sit on a park bench, I scoot closer to him and we sit there all awkward for five minutes or so. Finally, I asked him if he was going to make that move, and we kissed. And kept kissing. For quite some time. When we finally came up for air, I said “I like you.” as if I was like five years old or something. He said he liked me, too. We’ve been together ever since.

Our first kiss was actually terrible. I think we had just been building to that moment for so long that we were a little too enthusiastic about it (we had been friends for two years and had been talking about dating for a while). It came at the end of a more or less perfect first “real” date, and I remember walking away thinking, “No, this can’t be right. He can’t be a bad kisser!”
But the next time we saw each other, we laughed about it and said, “Let’s try that again.” And every one since then has been great.

Our first kiss was spectacular. It was on his 26th birthday and we were just hanging out with one another. I was still a little nervous to be around him. I really liked him and didn’t want to make a bad impression. Anyways, he was sweet about it. He came up behind me and held me. Then he pulled me closer and we kissed. 😀 D’aw, I still get butterflies.

Fiance and I had been talking online everyday for about 2 months (long story, we met through a mutual friend.. not a website or anything) and I hadn’t heard from him in days and I was getting angry and worried.. he showed up at my front door one night unexpected (he lived in Australia, I live in Chicago at the time), I don’t even think I even said hi to him, I just laid one on him the second he walked through the door!

Also glad I’m not the only one who had a drunken first kiss… lol
My story is all kinds of wrong… but here goes…
I met my Fiance the night my EX-FI cheated on me. We started talking as friends because now-FI had been cheated on by his exwife so we bonded over that… Well a few weeks after I got cheated on, I stopped wearing my ring from ex-fi (although our relationship was not officially over) and started hanging out with now-FI quite a bit (quite blatantly to ex-fi)… Well one night we were out at the bar drinking quite a bit and talking and he took me into the back room and kissed me… It was sloppy and it was drunk but I liked it, but I felt bad the next day because I was technically still in a relationship… I actually wish I remembered more details but like I said, I was drunk. lol
Needless to say that the relationship with my ex-fi ended (not-so shortly after) and I fell in love with now-fi after a drunken kiss. oops.
