Nice! Congrats! You might want to look into those plastic ring size adjusters before considering resizing, esp if your finger size fluctuates. It weakens the ring to resize it too many times

Congratulations!! I second the motion for a plastic ring size adjuster ($5 – 10 on Amazon for a bunch of them) for now.  Wear it (it’s beautiful by the way!!) through all 4 seasons to see how it fits in all conditions before getting it sized permanently. Also, remember that when you are wearing a wedding band with the e-ring, that will also alter how it fits as it will be (even if slightly) be sitting at a different place on your finger.

Congrats again! πŸŽ‰

Congratulations! Beautiful ring!

I have a plastic ring size adjuster and it works well for me. I got engaged in March and thought the ring was too big but it fit perfectly over the summer! I second cart when they said wait out all four seasons.

AveChristusRex :  DEFINITELY insurance for a ring of that value, especially if you know you couldn’t afford to insure it. We were in the same boat as you (needing to save, wanting multiple kids, even living like 1hr from Toronto wow!) and we debated between a more expensive ring we’d have to insure or a cheaper one we could afford to replace. Definitely get the insurance.

Beautiful ring and a beautiful couple! Happy planning!

Oh and make sure you get insurance. Not sure what it is like where you live but I added mine to our home insurance ad there is no way we could afford to replace it if it got lost or stolen!
