- Wedding: May 2015 - St Peter\'s Church, East Maitland, and Bella Vista, Newcastle
I just got my first official RSVP back and I am ridiculously excited! It’s from one of my colleagues and his lovely wife – I hadn’t seen him for a couple of days due to different shifts so put the invite in his pigeonhole yesterday, then texted him to check it next time he was in. He thought I was referring to something else and texted back as such, but he’s just called me now (no RSVP cards as it’s fairly informal, just doing email and phone RSVP – not uncommon in Australia!) having picked up the invitation 🙂 hopefully the rest all come rolling in over the next few weeks! It’s suddenly started to feel a whole lot more real!

we’ve got mostly all Yes’es so far!! It’s sooo exciting getting them in the mail, even if I did screw up our return address on the postcard!

I’ve been checking the mailbox everyday much to my fiance’s amusement ( I previously checked it maybe once a fortnight and he would do it everyday) because I’m so excited to get the rsvps back 🙂

We have 1 official “by phone” RSVP (from a family member), but I haven’t received any back yet by mail. They should start coming soon though. 🙂
