I voted positive test. I honestly had no symptoms, but I started testing early. Got my first positive on 9-10 DPO (I only used OPKs not temps, so unsure if exact O date).

The first symptom that started the day of the test and really my only symptom so far (I’m in my 5th week) has been frequent urination. Like 2-3 times an hour and getting up twice a night to pee when I used to sleep through the night.

I’ve also had minor cramping off and on, but I wouldn’t notice it if I didn’t know I was pregnant.

My breasts were the main indicator, but I also had no interest in alcohol. Two days before I took my pregnancy test, DH and I were out at a concert and I ordered a hard cider. didnt even drink half of it- something just didn’t taste “right” about it. (I was also late, so it could have been all in my head, but I swear it tasted different.)

I had tracked my ovulation so we could dtd on my most fertile day. I suspected when implatation would occur from a chart I downloaded. Sure enough, that night I felt a weird pinching/scraping near my cervix. I remember looking over at my husband while in the car and saying “It just happened. I’m pregnant. Something feels weird.” A week later I tested and kept getting very very faint lines, then finally a BFP on a digital.

I was also SSSSO sluggish. All I wanted was carbs. Sticky white rice was my first craving.

All potential symptoms that I might have had were masked by a head cold.  I didn’t know till I peed on a stick and got my BFP.

None of the above. My first sign was an aversion to eggs. I normally love eggs but pregnancy and eggs don’t mesh well for me.

newbabybee:  I am very active. Before we realized we were expecting, I was exhausted all the time. Hikes that I had done before were too much. I could fall asleep anywhere. So I went to the doctor and they ran a lot of tests. All came back negative. My doctor then ran a pregnancy test (I was 47 at the time) and it came back positive. She then scheduled me for an ultrasound and that’s when we found out not only we were pregnant, but we were having twins.

I knew about a week before AF was due to arrive that I was pregnant because I was raging so hard.  I wanted to scream at anyone that did the slightest thing that annoyed me.  Also, my nips were constantly out.  I had very weird cramping for 2-3 days before AF as well, which was unusual and it wasn’t typical AF cramping, more of a pinching feeling.

rebwana:  I had this as well!  The night before AF was supposed to arrive we went to a baseball game. I took like 3 sips of my beer and was like no thanks, not feeling it.

I started cramping like I was going to get my period ( I thought it was AF coming).  But, my cramping lasted longer than it normally does (usually 1-2 days before AF arrives, and this was 4 days).  So, I took a test, and it was positive. (2 days before AF was “supposed” to come)

newbabybee:  For me, it was food aversion. I didn’t see it on the list. I made an indian dish at home (can’t remember what I made) with chicken and rice. It smelled rotten while I was cooking it but I “pushed through” and said “well maybe it’s because it’s something new. I’m sure it will taste better than it smells.”

I sat down to eat and I couldn’t do it. I took a pregnancy test the next day after my husband kept saying I was pregnant. I didn’t believe him. It came out positive. lol

Other things that happened – I went out for a run and felt out of breath and slow. I ran like 2.5 miles. This is a week after I ran a half marathon (my 12th) so a 2.5 mile run shouldn’t have left me winded. lol

I have noticed swollen fingers (thought it was salty Mexican food) and feeling hotter than usual. I had cramping from ovulation to 8 DPO which isn’t normal for me.

Coffee aversion! I have an autoimmune disease which causes low energy/”chronic fatigue” so lattes are my “elixir of life.” We had no intent of pregnancy at this time, so I actually thought the Epstein-Barr was worsening at first. At 31 weeks, my autoimmune symptoms are actually ~80% improved.
