First time opk testing…positive or negative?

Negative. Test line needs to be as dark or darker than the control line

It’s not really subjective. All you need to look for is whether the test line is darker than the control line. Doesnt matter how light or dark the control is, you just need to compare the two.

It should be as dark or darker than the control line, otherwise it’s negative.

I feel you, my first time using these tests was convinced I had a few positives because the lines were all different shades but NONE as dark as the control line .. this is negative unfortunately

ktrv927 :  Negative!  Test line needs to be as dark if not darker than the control line.  I used Glow to take a picture of the OPK and it would tell me positive or negative and how close I might be to ovulating.

This was my positive OPK this month just so you can see what it should be! It’ll be obvious
