- Wedding: A restaurant on the beach
I tried on dresses for the first time today and it went better than I expected! My wedding is going to be on the beach in the Caribbean so I was looking for light/simple dresses that would be weather appropriate. Here are the top three choices so far. All of them are Sarah Seven and the first one is from her trunk show today. I think #1 is my favorite so far. I’m not wearing spanx in the pictures but I plan to lose a little weight and wear them on my wedding day. Please give your opinions!

love #1 – the other two seem too plain jane

#1 is my favorite out of them all but I voted keep looking, none of them have a “wow” factor IMO. You have a body to pull of all sorts of different dresses, I say go shopping again.

I think #1 is very pretty on you!

I liked number 1 best on you even though all of them are flattering but I voted for you to keep looking. I know you are having a beach wedding but you can definitly find something simple, comfortable and still has that wow factor which none of these dresses have. You have a lovely figure so you will be able to wear almost any silhouette.

Oh my gosh we have identical taste!!! I love them all. Keep the silhouette that you have going on here VERY FLATTERING
I would nix the high neck in #1
The charmeuse is a killer (I have charmeuse of the bottom and I love it. It feels and looks delicious and catches light better than bling)

Gabrielle91: No1 is my favorite out of the three and all three look lovely on your amazing figure, but I vote for keep looking!

I love all of them.
Comments that you could do better are insane! Not everyone sees the beauty in simple dresses.
It really depends what you’re looking for. Dress #1 is my top choice but it’s obviously a bit less ‘beachy’ and tends a bit more towards an indoor/evening style. Dress #2 is a real beauty- such a beautiful shine and simplicity. Dress #3 is probably the best for your wedding. The fit is wonderful, and the neckline is ideal on you. A simple dress lets the bride shine. Everyone will focus on the fit and YOU, and you can choose a beautiful detailled veil if you want, or a flower crown or really any look at all. It’s super adaptable. I had a very plain dress and no regrets on that front. I made it my own!
Classy choices, bee!

I like 1 and 2 but 3 is a bit boring
I like the illusion neck on 1
but I love the material of 2 (very 30s art deco – simple & elegant)

Number one is just stunning!!!

Gabrielle91: I voted 2 but I’m a plain satin dress fan generally. They are all gorgeous. pick the one you feel you love the most. You can’t go wrong. You’re going to look fabulous.

I voted 2. That dress is just gorgeous on you. But if you’re not sold, you really should keep looking.

1 is the most flattering on you, 2 & 3 a bit ageing, without seeing your face I picture you 20-something in pic 1 and 40-something in pic 2 & 3. 2 is my favorite dress per se here, better with a sparkly belt, however the neckline is really blah, like a silk nightie.

i normally dont like satiny finishes, but that silk charmeuse is stunning.just wow!
