Today one of the Groomsmen called and said he wasn’t going to be able to be in our wedding. Note: There are only 17 days until our wedding.
My Fiance got really mad (he NEVER gets mad), and then told me “I guess this is my first wedding frustration.” I couldn’t help but laugh because I’ve been frustrated several times over the past 19 months…and he’s just now getting frustrated 17 days before our wedding.
We’ve had 2 Groomsmen drop out in the last month or so, which is super annoying, but it actually evens our sides now, so it’ll be ok.
Just thought I’d share about his first frustration. He went 600+ days without getting frustrated. Must be nice! LOL

Poor guy… Hopefully his friend had a valid reason for not being able to be a part of the wedding any longer.

That is so not cool! Sorry about him/them doing that.

Lol, your post made me laugh. “He went 600+ days without getting frustrated. Must be nice!”
I’m sorry you have to deal with a MIA groomsmen 17 days before your wedding though.

Yes, definitely not cool. At this point I’m just trying to go with the flow. We’ve had so many issues with RSVPs, so I’m trying not to freak out now over that. lol It messes up the tuxedo costs (we think…not sure yet), but it works out better because the sides are even, and that has really been throwing me off.

I’m a big believer on “everything happens for a reason”. I’m sure everything will work out and your wedding will be amazing!

Awww that sucks! One of my BEST friends dropped out of being Matron of Honor. Dropped out completely. I don’t even know what to make of it but I have a Maid/Matron of Honor and 2 BM’s and I love them all. It’ll work out. But LOL on the frustration. I hit FH with a pillow the other day after I had broken down crying and shaking over being so over-whelmed with venues, etc. and he sat there laughing at a TV show… must be nice to be in ignorant bliss huh? lol
