Im not offended as it wasnt “dont get married to Pokemon” it was just “dont get married” just annoyed because whjo does that!!

So many men are misogynists it’s not even funny. Just brush him off.

@Pokemon: My first instinct is that he was joking and it was the silly Aussie guy sarcastic sense of humour. “Don’t get married mate, you’re stuck with a ball and chain…”
If he wasn’t joking then sadly it probably means his marriage isn’t doing great, but that doesn’t mean yours won’t be.

ugh. well he obviously is not listening to him 😉 I hate how just because someone is not happily married they think all marriage is bad. I know plently of happily married couples, my parents included.

Lots of people in my husband’s squadron tell each other not to get married. Ruins your life. Makes her turn crazy, you’ll never get laid again and forget going out with the boys!
For these people, they most likely experienced that. It’s a shame, but not every relationship is the same.

One of my fiance’s facebook friends just got divorced, and the comments are like, “now you can do whatever you want!!!!!” Who ARE these women who are SO CONTROLLING?? The most disgusting comment was, “Another bus comes along every ten minutes” or something like that. UGH. My fiance wrote, “I’m sorry to hear that, buddy. Life goes on.” =)

@Pokemon: Ugh don’t worry men say stupid things! I’m certain it wouldn’t have the slightest effect on your FI’s attitude towards marraige!

@Pokemon: What an ass. Some people do not even realize how stupid they sound when they speak.
