@Tutti80:  Thanks for the pics!  Ok, so I think it’s definately doable, but it’s not as simple as just “adding” a tulle skirt.  You’d actually have to chop off the bottom part of the skirt and attach the tulle.  You’d need a very skilled seamstress to do it so it doesn’t look like a frankenstiened dress.
