I did see a difference with 30DS, but not all over. Most of it was in my quads. I HIGHLY suggest getting her No More Trouble Zones instead. Lots more weights + cardio + circuit training. I hate working out, but I’m enjoying this one (sort of).

@SweetWildflower1:  You already have a gorgeous shape, so whatever you do will only enhance it. You’ll rock that photo shoot!

My suggestion is to do any type of weight lifting you can handle (DON’T HURT YOURSELF!), and be consistent. Also, if you can cut out some carbs you’ll lose a bit of water weight and a bit of fat to better reveal your new muscles – try to get most of your carbs from vegetables, staying away from all bread products, even wheat. If you absolutely can’t see yourself doing that, then just do the best you can and it’ll help. Good luck!

@SweetWildflower1:  i cant speak from experience on the thirty day shred but the best option is to eat healthy (no processed foods) and combine cardio and weights for your workout routine.

If you want intense results, do insanity or p90x. I did Jillian’s videos, the 30 day and no more trouble zones and buns and thighs each for three or four days, did almost nothing for me, was barely sore. Insanity or p90x on the other hand…. WOW in a week, my thighs and tummy were less wobbly with insanity, but I was losing weight which I didnt want and was so so sore I couldnt work out the days after each video.

Now I do p90x and it is amazing, I’ve been doing it for a month now and the difference is huge! Lost 2.5 inches off of my waist, my tummy is now completely flat and I’m starting to get that V at the bottom (which I love!) and dont get me started on how much its helped my butt lol I know its expensive (well I downloaded from a torrent so I didnt pay for it lol) but out of all of them it is by far my favorite, it gave me the best results the fastest.

Yes of course!! When I first started, I would never finish the videos (first two weeks lol) usually end up on the laying on the floor panting 40 minutes in lol. I would pause often and take tons of breaks, especially the push up and ab excercises, I still dont do them all, they hurt! lol. When I first started doing all of these try outs I hadnt worked out in over a year and a half (college student, just no). The first week, is terrible, seriously terrible. Then its ok, by the third week your doing great and dont get sore anymore and even consider adding more weights! I dont know if it affects at all but I did a lot of excercise when I was younger though, and I dont smoke, that would definitely make it hard! Hope it all works out!
