netflixandchill: In my opinion, the flex is useless. I got a free one from work and wore it for a while, but it counts steps if I just wave my arm around.

My Darling Husband got a charge HR when we started a diet and workout routine recently. He LOVES it. He has fun tracking his progress or seeing how different activities will register. We just moved this weekend so he was excited about all the flights of stairs (last place was a 3 story townhome/apt), and steps, etc. He was originally going to get the Charge without the HR monitor but it wasn’t a huge price difference so I talked him into it, and he’s so happy he went with it.

I have the Fitbit One for about 3 years now, it’s held up pretty well considering all of the water its taken in over the years. I like it because I can wear it all the time and conceal it if I want. I don’t really like the way fitness braceletts look and it would annoy me if it didn’t go with my outfit that day. I usually just clip the One into my pocket or I stick it onto my bra if I don’t want it seen. On the flip side of that, I don’t ever really use the sleep tracking function, partly because I don’t want to bother with putting it into the wrist strap and partly because I sleep well already and don’t really want or need to track that.
