Wow these are great tips!! I cane to say I leave mine at home, or if I forgot I’d put it in my zipped pocket. Pinching some of these ideas for myself 😀

I have a silicone ring for the gym – I’d be worried about my delicate pave at the gym, the barn, and hiking.

trustmyluck :  I managed to slightly bend my ering from lifting over time. After a good scolding from the jeweler I decided to take better care of my dainty micro pave rings. I workout at the office so I can’t exactly take my rings off and leave them at home when I workout. I bought a “bandit” as a solution.  I wear it as a wrist band and slide my rings inside the hidden zipper pouch. Then I’m able to go about my workout comfortably without truly “taking them off.” They come in different styles to suit your style.

trustmyluck :   My workout clothes have tiny little zippered pocket on the inside and I slip my rings in there

I have a set of 3 twisted silicon bands from Enso and I love them so much for work and the gym!! I have a thin delicate E ring and Enso was the only place I found a thin and cute enough band to make me happy while away from the real ring.

catskillsinjune :  me too. I always go from place to place without going home first as it is more efficient, so I always have my rings on me.

I usually wear tham when doing cardio, but if weightlifting, then I hang them on a wishbone necklace (surprisingly secure!)

lilsweetie :  i thought about a necklace at one point, but i have to take off my necklace when working out usually (power cleans, front squats, and front rack work…)

I love my Enso silicone ring!  I wear it to the gym everyday because I don’t want my e-ring to get damaged or scratched from holding weights.  I got the infinity design (which I love the meaning behind).  I’ve seen recently that they have new desings out.  I just love that they have more feminine and fun rings to choose from!

I take my rings off when I got to the gym if we’re doing weight lifting. I leave my rings in my purse and my purse in my car. I don’t bother with silicone rings or anything else. It’s just not that serious for me to wear a ring during the couple hours I’m working out.

If I’m going to spin class or Pilates, I don’t take my rings off. Congratulations on your new ring!

trustmyluck :  I have a delicate, beautiful, ring (if I say so myself) and I babied it when I first got it. Not so much anymore. I’m not only a gym rat but a fitness instructor, so I felt like I was never wearing it, because I never wanted to wear it to the gym. I now am more picky when I take it off- I will wear it to yoga or barre or pilates, but not during cardio or weightlifting (sweat makes my fingers slippery and I’m afraid it will fall off). Sometimes I wear a black band instead. I don’t wear it all the time like some bees do, but I’m less attached to it than I was at first, and am ok not wearing it.

My advice is to just make a decision. I’d have major anxiety if I left it in the locker room or at the front desk, and wish I had just left it at home. Over time you will find out what workouts you’re comfortable wearing it for. :). Congrats!!
