Woohoo! I could use some motivation! Is there a way to follow eachother on fitness pal?

 

Exercise Goal: hit the gym at least 3x

Food/Diet Goal: no skipping breakfast

Healthy Habits Goal: continue to drink 100oz of water.

Oooo this is great! I’m a little late to the game as its already tuesday… but…

Exercise Goal: come up with a plan to exercise 2 days, one day off, for the rest of the year (better check out my pinterest!)

Food/Diet Goal: Just try to make HEALTHIER choices! I’ve been giving up soda already, so no soda until Friday!!!! And I skipped the queso on my veggie tacos earlier today 🙂

Healthy Habits Goal: more water!!!

I could use some motivation! It’s already Tuesday, so I hope its ok that I join. 

 

My Goals:

Exercise Goal: Work out 4-5 times a week – mixing cardio and strength training, Walk at least 30 min a day (I work from home, so when it’s cold out I never leave my house, except to walk the dog)

Food/Diet Goal: Keep track of my food intake on MyFitnessPal (boom1186 – feel free to add me!)

Healthy Habits Goal:  Eat cleaner – more lean meats, less processed foods

I had an ok week. I ate very well except for Sunday, when I went to a holiday party also! I worked out 3 times – 2 spin classes and one ballet barre class. I started at a new gym and the classes are soooo much fun and very motivating! I hope to this week is very good, especially because I know Christmas week will be difficult!

Hi, I’m Sept 2013 too! I’m a runner and very happy with my body, but I work really hard to keep it that way so I can always use motivation! 

My Goals: 

Exercise Goal: Run 5 times/week (this may be trickier after my January marathon is over), cross train once/week, lift 2-3 times/week (usually Body Pump and I often slack on strength training)

Food/Diet Goal: I don’t count calories but I eat at least 2,000/day. I eat really healthy about 95% of the time, but I have a sweet tooth so my goal should be to cut back on sweets but they’re so good! I’ll start by making sure I only have 1 serving/day.

Healthy Habits Goal: Sleep more, take vitamins, drink more water.

I didn’t do bad with my beauty routine, still doing great about no soda… making healthier choices though, last week I don’t know that I did anything that great, really.

Yesterday, I went to put on my skinny jeans. I ended up NOT wearing my skinny jeans. It was the kick in the *ss I needed!!!! I feel really determined now haha.

NO MORE takeout food everyday at work, even if I think Im trying to make “healthy” choices. NO MORE dunkin donuts coffee except for maybe once a week, I bought creamer instead and will drink the work coffee (saves me money, too!)
