Just wondering if anyone had any good fitness ideas for burning calories quickly and/or efficiently. I work out at the gym regularly… So my normal routines include running, incline walking, eliptical, low-weight/high-rep bicep curls/hammers/triceps/etc. I also do an after-burn which includes 5 sets of 10 reps of lunges/pulls/push/swing with kettle bell. I’d like to try some new workoutS… It could be cardio, aerobic, weights, anything! If you have pictures to explain what you’re doing, that might be helpful, too!
