I TOTALLY understand how you feel!  I got really sick before we went dress shopping and was down 25lbs so the dress I ordered was a small size.  Then I went on medicine that promptly made me gain all the weight plus some back and had my first fitting where the dress wouldn’t zip!!!  (total meltdown!) They were SO nice about it though and I had the seamstress give me the measurements I needed to be to fit into the dress — that’s really helpful!  That way if you gain weight (or feel like you’re gaining weight) you can check your measurements to make sure you’re ok!  Also, they can generally let dresses out a bit.  I’m sure you’ll be fine!

Don’t stress too much– they can always let it out a bit, depending on the style of the dress.  Do you have pics?  If they said there were several inches before you’d need a 2, I think you’d be fine.  I agree with the PP about calling the dress salon and asking them for the measurements of the 0.

I’m not sure what the style of your dress is, but many dresses can also have the zipper removed and a laced corset back added in, if it turns out you need lots more inches of room.  But I’m sure you’ll be fine!
