so I’m looking for some wedding flats! I ordered blue ballet shoes from Hydra Heart back in November and 12 weeks later I haven’t received my shoes ( I knew they would take 8 weeks) but also the communication is ridiculous! It’s takes weeks and 3 or 4 emails to get any form of response, which tends to not be truthful anyway! So all I can assume is that they have taken my $93 … I have opened a case to look into this with Etsy … Anyway my reason for this post is to find blue flat shoes for my wedding in June, I’m size UK7 / US9 and haven’t found many flat blue shoes so recommendations are welcomed! if you wore flats / plan to wear flats please post a photo.

@lmc100: you could 1. Go to David’s bridal website and order a pair of their dyeable shoes and have them dyed blue, I am positive they have a pair of flats in their dyeable collection and possible add some decor on them if you please. Or 2. Buy a pair of plain white flats and decorate them yourself 🙂

I bought these from Dillards about 2 weeks ago. They are GORGEOUS. This stock photo does nothing for them, they’re beautiful in person. The leather is so nice, and they are padded inside and super comfortable. (editing to add that they are Born Gemma flats)

@xlsm: I also wore the Born Gemmas (in a different color)! I second xlsm’s recommendation. They are very comfortable and will be something you can wear after the wedding if you would like to get more use out of them. They come in white, pale gold, a deep rose color, orange, grass green, etc. in addition to the blue ones she posted.

I was just looking this up about an hour ago! A coworker recommended the following sites and there are some gorgeous things. I don’t have personal experience with these yet, but perhaps one of them will have what you want:
Milk & Honey – design your own shoes!
Bellissima Bridal Shop
Custom Wedding Shoe .com
Freya Rose (this is from the UK although it might be a bit pricey)
Best of luck and please post back once you’ve found something! I’m in the same boat as you are. 🙂

Thanks Bees I’ll try these sites
Etsy won’t do anything about Hydra Heart because its over their 45 day policy which is rubbish so it looks like I’ve lost my money! I guess all I can do is post bad reviews everywhere! Don’t use Hydra Heart!!!
