While I KNOW these are totally cliche.  I totally love them and would have them if we were going somewhere sandy

No shoes for me on the beach! I have some low heels for the reception, but will have flip flops available for that as well.

my Darling Husband wore flip flops and i wore an open toe sandal on the beach.  its whatever you are comfortable with. I loved having ‘wedding shoes” that i got to wear again the same week.

although this pic was taken on the grass, this is what we wore on the sand for our ceremony and reception.

@Costa Rica Bride – I seem to have become a daily shopper on Etsy lately and have seen these “sandals”.  I, personally dont consider them sandals – they are more like jewelry for your feet.  This is just one of MANY that I came across.   Search for barefoot sandals…

Also remember that if you wear flip flops, all people will be able to hear as you walk down the aisle is click, clack, click, clack all the way.

I also do not like the “just married” flip flops.  I like the sentiment of them, but they aren’t very nice looking flip flops.

@andielovesj:  I think with music playing and a dress covering your feet, the flip flop “noise” would go virtually unnoticed!

@kristiew417:  Oh lawd, that fake food is really freaking me out!  Haha!

How about some sandals with ankle straps?  I wouldn’t want the “Flip-flop” sound!  These are my wedding shoes:

    Definitely consider barefoot, too!

@kristiew417:  I think that jewellery with bare feet would be cool 🙂

@dynamic_duo:  I have heard it at every wedding I have been to where the bride wore flip flops.  There is music, but not blasting, and people are usually dead quiet.

@Mars62312:  I agree with a style like this – just a fancy little sandal… Or barefoot of course 🙂 go with your mood!
