I’m in need of some retail therapy today so I’m looking at flip flops for guests at the wedding. I’ve loaded up my online shopping basket with the following flip flops in our wedding colors. Even though this isn’t an exact science, I’m pretty sure I have way too many. Can you help suggest adjustments?
We’re expecting probably 45 women, 90 guests total. Our guest list definitely skews younger since many of our older relatives won’t be able to travel to the wedding, so I expect more guests to take them than might be typical.
- Size 5: 4 (2 brown, 2 green)
- Size 6: 6 (3 brown, 3 green)
- Size 7: 10 (5 brown, 5 green)
- Size 8: 10 (5 brown, 5 green)
- Size 9: 10 (5 brown, 5 green)
- Size 10: 6 (3 brown, 3 green)
- Size 11: 4 (2 brown, 2 green)
Thanks in advance!

I got 25 pairs for 135 guests, and had 5-10 pairs left,so you have way too many. No men will take them, and only some of the women, many wear stockings, don’t dance or are comfortable in their shoes.

Right, that’s what I figured. I could really use some help figuring out adjustments to my order.
- Size 6: 4 (2 brown, 2 green)
- Size 7: 8 (4 brown, 4 green)
- Size 8: 8 (4 brown, 4 green)
- Size 9: 8 (4 brown, 4 green)
- Size 10: 4 (2 brown, 2 green)
- Size 11: 2 (1 brown, 1 green)
for 34 total?
ETA: Buying a few extras doesn’t bother me. I can give away or donate any left over.

Just to give you an idea: I bought 90 pairs of flip flops and we had about 150 women. I had about 3 pairs left over.

that seems fine. If someone size runs out they will manage and wear flip flops that may be a size smaller or larger.
I didn’t have an equal number of colors because Old Navy could never carry enough purple. But it still looked really nice

Thanks helenluv2 I saw the web site and loved it it´s so original i have never seen anything like it before.
sportsgal31 I think you´ll be fine with that quantity, it´s better more to have left overs, than less to have left out.
