Hey there!! I’m going to be making my own centerpieces and I’m trying to track down an affordable florist. The wholesalers won’t sell to the public, and the retailers are way overpriced. Any suggestions?

I know there are several online companies that will ship flowers to you. I don’t know too much about them, though. Have you looked into that?

Costco, and Whole Foods will do arrangements at no additiona cost; you pay for the flowers. I learned about it from the Hive and am getting my holiday decor there!

I’ve been trying to locate something, but alas to no avail…at least not yet. I’ll keep looking!

do you have a sams club there? Check online at their selections. I was planning on getting my centerpieces from there.

@SelenaCouchman: http://www.fiftyflowers.com/ will ship to canada. It is an additional thirty percent to cover shipping, duties, etc. but still might be a substantial savings over what the florist wants to charge.

Not sure if you have Costco, but I ordered mine from there and had a family friend (who does florist work on the side) arrange them. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. We had all red roses.
