So today I was all excited I thought id be choosing my flowers today and have it out the way.
I booked an appointment for last saturday two weeks ago and the lady kindly rang me on friday afternoon saying if we could rearrange for this saturday. I said no problem, we made it for 9am today.
I get a phonecall asking at 8.30am asking if I could come at 9.30 because there main florist was quite busy. I rocked up at 9.30, they asked if I could wait 15 minutes as she wouldnt be long. I went away from the store to have a look at the few stores around to kill some time. I get a phonecalled 10 minutes in asking I could rearrange the appointment, the florist just cant meet me today.
no worries… I made an appointment 3 saturdays from now as easter weekend is coming up, the florist is away the week after and she will be back saturday. I cant meet her during the week due to work, so saturday mornings it is.
I guess Ill just have to wait.. but what a mess but at least she called I guess. But im a bit let down as I was really looking forward to getting it out the way.
On a plus side today, we started our gift registry.
Anyone been let down by a vendor with appointments? Did anyone ever go back or just go to another vendor?
