My florist loved the challenge, gushed about how much fun it was to finally have a wedding full of color, and then used my photos on her website. The exact shade, no, but something that roughly fits the description yes. If OP’s florist couldn’t do blush and burgundy at the price she quoted, she shouldn’t have put it in writing.
OP: Just know that you can ask for specific flowers all you want, but she might not agree to provide them. Some of those flowers are very expensive, and unless you’re open to re-negotiating the cost she’s under no contractual obligation to provide them. Still, it never hurts to be able to list off 10 flowers that fit the color you’re picturing, just to show her “hey, you’re wrong–this color isn’t that obscure”.

I’m using blush and burgundy as well and my florist said there would be no issue with getting flowers in those colors. If you haven’t signed a contract with them I would definitely find a new florist because there is no sense in your florist having an attitude like that and saying you are being too picky – it’s your wedding, not hers!

Pink/Red and Blush/Burgundy are NOT the same thing. I wouldn’t risk the disappointment and would find a new florist who is in line with your vision.

I think those blush flowers look lie they could be peonies or garden roses?

I had similar colors in mine (wedding was in October if that matters) my florist had 0 issues finding what I wanted. We didn’t even do a trial. I think you should look for a different florist. They look a bit more red here because I am standing directly in front of a really bright window. And I wanted mine a bit red. In the second photo they look a bit darker.

I think blush and burgundy are totally doable, but those photos have definitely been color edited IMO.

For the super dark ones we asked for “black callas”. Those are a stock pic but they came in the bouquet about as dark as these.

Were the names of the flowers from your choice bouquet posted? Because it looks like that pic was heavily filtered, so the natural colors might be off. Not pink and red, but not exactly as they appear in that pic.

My bouquet was similar and my florist had no trouble at all. Can you switch florists?

Just an update if anyone is interested. I got my deposit back. I told her which exact flowers I wanted used from fiftyflowers.com. She told me that they might not be exactly the same. I told her that if she cannot assure the shades and show me a mock up so that I can be certain then I wouldn’t go ahead with them and would call the bank to get my money back and write about what happened all over the internet. I had already been told that there were no refunds on deposits. It was rediculous. I just couldn’t go ahead and feel okay about it. They didn’t have to worry about my colors and I got my money back. No harm no foul.
Those are beautiful. I love them. Is the filler in them dusty miller? If so is it bluish like the picture or grayish.

It is dusty miller and it’s really sort of a silver sage color. A bit blue but also green to match one of my bm dresses.
