Honestly? My budget was about $100. I went to Hobby Lobby and they had a huge 50% off sale on all of their silk flowers and accessories… I don’t think anyone will notice or miss them at my wedding…

Honestly, there’s no “good” budget for flowers. We have bees from all wedding budgets here and it really runs the gamut. It is also based on flower types (e.g. cheap carnations vs pricey orchids) and the amount you need (e.g. 3 tables versus 30 tables).

Someone started a thread earlier with floral budgets that you may find interesting – http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/how-much-for-flowers-for-your-wedding.

i couldn’t tell you for sure what it is going to be. Real flowers will probably be around $200 and I am cutting them myself. I will also be using some silk flowers for my birdccages only because I plan to use them in my bird themed house so probably between them and another project $200 for silk. I will also be making paper flowers for various things and they will cost around $50. Then since we are getting married on our farm and I want to redo all flowerbeds we will be spending $500 there so altogether maybe $1000. But you may not add the costs the same as I would be doing many of these projects regardless.
