I think that those are super cute!

The only teeny tiny partial concern (and I say this with care- NOT to be critical) is that 2 year olds are sooo aggressive with stuff. I just wouldn’t want her to break it!

@envirobride:  I think that the 4 and 7 year old would really like them! It’s the 2 year old I’d be iffy on- my 25 month old neice is sooo violent with her things. And she’s ridiculously happy, she just looooves to bash things together.

I went to a wedding over the holidays this year, where polaroid cameras were given to the kids (the ones of appropriate age to use them). The kids ran around taking pictures all night, so the bride and groom got to hold onto those. Then they gave the parents of the kids some film, and the kids got to keep the cameras. You can get them on ebay for super cheap!

Etsy makes super cute hair pieces. You coud get a really pretty clip/barette/headband for the flower girls, that would match your wedding colours. That way they could all wear them for pictures, etc. For the boy, you could get him a really funky tie, maybe? I’m not as proficient in gift-giving for boys..haha. But maybe gifts that would tie in with your wedding, if you decide against the mirrors.

@the_future_mrs:  oooo hair pieces are a super good idea, I like that.

as far as keeping the gifts the same, I think it is a good idea, especially with that age group. I don’t know if this is much help, but when I was a flower girl in my aunts wedding she gave my self and my two younger cousins little boxes with our names on them, I used them for my dress up jewlery when I was younger and now I keep spare house keys and strange little trinkets I find in there. I think you could probably find something like this pretty easy and it would be easy to have a ‘boy version’ which is essentially the same but in blue or something and without flowers on it. If you were feeling really adventerous you could fill it with candy or something.

Are you giving gifts to the other members of your bridal party? Because if it’s “just an honor” like your Fiance said, then you wouldn’t give gifts to any of them ๐Ÿ™‚

We gave gifts to our whole bridal party.  For our FGs and ring bearers, I gave them lots of little toys (bubbles, bendy bunnies, bouncy balls, etc…)… I gave the boys little race cars and I gave the girls notebook in the shape of purple dresses that came with pens (one of my wedding colors was purple). For the boys, it came in a bucket and for the girls it came in a purse.

The FGs were sisters and the RBs were brothers… So I made sure that the siblings got identical gifts (just in different colors) and the boyshand girls got just about the same things ๐Ÿ™‚

And, best of all, I spent about $10 each… I hit up after Easter clearance and the Target $1 bins ๐Ÿ™‚
