I have loved floral crowns since before they became popular in recent years. I actually wore one to my school formal back in the early 2000’s.
I would love to wear one on my wedding day but I am having an afternoon indoor ceremony and night time reception. I’m wearing a really beautiful (heavy) silk gown, and the wedding is in winter.
Do you think a flower crown is inappropriate? Should I just wear a veil instead?
Below are some pics of the the flower crown styles I like.

I would much rather wear a flower crown than a tiara! Flower crowns are so beautiful, romantic and totally wedding appropriate. wear it with a veil or without, whatever looks good to you.

I think a flower crown woils be beautiful! Do what’s best for you and don’t worry what others think!

bellacapella87: I like them and think they are very pretty, as long as its delicate and not to “over flowered” as in your first picture weaved into the braid. (Love that pic) The others I dont care for.
And yes, id rather see someone with a flower crown than a tiara. My opinion but tiaras are to princessy and just not my style. I picked #4 with a few flowers pinned into your hairdo for the vote.

That first photo is breathtaking. The others are very festive and definitely all wedding appropriate.

I wore a flower crown with a large very heavy, ballgown. People kept telling me how pretty it was. This is the best picture I have… I make that face all the time.

For my ceremony I wore a veil with an up do and then for the reception I took my hair down and wore a flower crown, best of both worlds
