I’m kind of a flower newbie! I put together these ‘inspiration boards’ of vases and flowers I like for our table centerpieces and personal flowers. Our wedding is in September next year so I know the peonies will be out of season, but I don’t know much else about these flowers… I’d love some thoughts on what yall think of the overall feel, if the flowers go together, how expensive some of these flowers are, any suggestions for complementary flowers or cheaper alternatives, etc. Thank you!
For table centerpieces, I want white vases with bright flowers!
For personal flowers, I’m thinking a mix of bright and blush pink with hints of yellow for my bouquet (the left side of the board), mainly white with hints of yellow for my bridesmaids (top right), yellow boutonnieres for the groomsmen, yellow and white for my groom (bottom right).

I think my wedding is going to have a similar aesthetic to yours, minus the pink. I’m having mostly white flowers with yellow flowers as accents, with white/silver/ribbon covered vases. My wedding is in mid-June and my florist was unsure if peonies will still be available at that time. She suggested garden roses because they have a very similar look as peonies and are available year round. Unfortunately they’re just as expensive. I think she quoted me about $250 for a peony bouquet and $130 for my bridesmaids. Keep in mind this is in Hawaii, and things are probably more expensive here.
For centerpieces I’m using carnations for the larger vases. They’re about half the price of hydrangeas and still gorgeous. To cut down on costs, we’re supplying our own vases too. We found some vases locally for between $5-10 each, but if you go the fabric or ribbon covered approach you can probably find them for cheaper. Good luck with your flowers!
