How old are your flower girls?

Mine are very young (they will be 14 mos. and 18 mos. at the time of the wedding) and will probably outgrow their dresses in a matter of hours, so I didn’t want their moms to have to spend too much. Also, I gave my bridesmaids free rein to pick a green dress of their choosing, I didn’t care if they matched, so I told the moms that the Flower Girl dresses didn’t have to match either.

They found some very cute ivory dresses with green accents/sashes at a website called MyGirlDress (or something like that). They initially were going to get the same one, but ended up with slightly different yet complementary dresses. Both were in the $40-$50 range. I think both are super cute. They’re happy, and I’m happy, and everybody wins!

Try http://www.pinkmarie.com  My flower girls dress came from there, and it’s awesome.  It was only $40 bucks.

I posted something similar a few weeks ago and these are the great suggestions I got:

Check out ebay, pinkprincess.com, flowergirldressforless.com, and even Nordstrom kids sale clothing, and WB classifieds.

I got mine on sale at the grocery store (Joe Clothing) for 14$. We decided to pay for it and little under shorts (4$) so the parents only need to supply shoes.

I bought two.  One at Lord & Taylor for $14 (Dorissa marked down from $78) and one from Macys for $36 (marked down from $65)

My flower girl’s dress was $50. The ones I’ve seen online usually range between $35-$60

I have two flowergirls (sisters) and they are around 5 and 3. They have generic white hand-me-down Flower Girl dresses from before but we always envisioned FGs in huge, puffy, and long ballet tutus. We found a bunch on Etsy. As such, we are spending probably close to $75-85 each including shoes, but they’re family so we don’t mind.
