I know what you meant, but your title makes me imagine a bride tossing tiny little girls at their guests.

ETA: What about tossing lavender?

Hyperventilate: I thought the same thing, or that she was cutting the flower girl out of the wedding or something. Love the idea of lavender!

haha my thoughts were: bouquet tossing, garter tossing and now flower girl tossing???? what have this world come to…

what is the general theme for your wedding? And is it in a church or outside?

maybe you can let her blow bubbles, or you can let her toss leaves.

I also found a site for biodegradable confetti in very cool colours – http://ecoparti.com/toec.html

Mine threw silk rose petals I got off ebay. They looked really nice.

ETA: nm, just read your OP correctly. Sorry!

Given that it is a campground I wouldn’t advise tossing anything edible. It will attract animals And is also bad for the animals.

What about them carrying something instead of throwing something? A bunch of balloons, pinwheels or something like that?

Bubbles is such a cute idea! Plus funky. I wouldn’t reccommend sprinkles because I can see them getting sticky and melting in the child’s hands… not nice.
