I have seen it both ways, sometimes it is based on the ages of the little guys and girls.

I think they could all walk together! and it would work great and look really cute!

Our flower girl will walk alone but our Ring Bearer (my son) may walk with my Maid/Matron of Honor (my sis)… He hasn’t decided if he can go it alone of not yet.. lol

He’s 6… but being my son an all he’s just not too sure about going alone.

Although the last time we were at the venue he [nodded his head and say “it’s not too long.. I think I could walk this”] LOL

I think you can do it either way! Our flower girl will be almost 4 and our ring bearer (our son) will be almost 3. At first I really wanted them to walk down separately but now I am thinking it would probably be best for them to walk together. Fiance hinted that he thought maybe our son would not even make it down the aisle at all, and my response was “he will walk down the aisle if I have to walk him myself!” 😉

We are not having a flower girl. Our ring bearer is going to walk with his grandpa, which is my stepfather, so that he dosn’t do anything crazy (he is very very young)

Either way. If they walk separate I would let the ring bearer go first. At my sister’s wedding, they held hands going down the aisle. It was SO sweet and they weren’t even told to do it.
