I’ve been a lurker on here for awhile and just decided to join in on the boards. I need some help with my flowers. My grandmother died a few years ago but I want to incorporate her into my wedding so it feels like she’s there to me. My wedding colors are lavender and white/silver. Her favorite flower was African Violets and I want to incorporate them into my bouquet but I don’t know what other flowers to use with it or fillers? Anyone have any suggestions?

That’s so sweet!
I would recommend adding white hydrangeas, white spray roses, queen anne’s lace, silver brunia, dusty miller. I think all those would be lovely against the african violet.

@MrssRath: Maybe a mix like this. I know there are hydrangea and lilies in this but unsure of all of the exact names but I am sure a florist would know

Maybe something like this?

I agree with the suggestion of hydrangeas. Some White Orchids or White Roses might look nice with them too.
