I thought about doing a real flower, but I like the idea that I can keep this after the wedding, so I’m wearing a fake flower:

I wore a fake flower, too. There was some flower trim on my dress so I purchased some extra and made it into a hair comb. Like the previous poster said, I like that I can save it and, of course, it held up well! Here’s a pic:

Wow thats really pretty! I am thinking of going the fake flower route as well. Our wedding is outside and I don’t want any bees buzzing around my head… it wouldn’t do too well to have me running away screaming during the ceremony.

I wore a fake flower that I bought from Michaels and hot glued to a barrette clip.

I spoke to our florist about a real flower, and she said it would be ok as long as it wasn’t too warm. I wore roses (real) as a Maid/Matron of Honor last year and found they started to wilt by the reception after photos etc and it wasn’t that hot. I have decided to wear a fake flower instead as a result.

I will be wearing a clay peony headpiece. I think it is more unique ๐Ÿ™‚
