Has anyone done real flower petals for the isle. I don’t want to do too much just enough for it to look like its a isle. Origanlly we were going to do an isle runner but since it is not on the grass I thought some petals scattered would be nice. Has anyone bought them online or locally I’m in CA. would dry petals do are do live petal look better? I see freeze dryed petel has anyone had experance with those. I was just thinking about taking them off the plant but I’m not sure how long before the wedding I would have to do that. Any advice would be so much help.

beware that real flower petals might stain your dress.

I bought fake pink petals for like $10 for 2000 petals off of eBay and they looked fabulous!

No flower petal advice here, but I could offer plenty of grammar advice.

I gave them to the flower girl to toss as she walked down the aisle.
I went to the local grocery store floral department and put in an order a week ahead of time so they could collect petals for me. I specified multi-colored ones because white tends to go brown faster. They had them in a plastic container and told me to keep them refrigerated, but they were low maintenance otherwise. It was inexpensive and very pretty!

You can purchase roses the night before from Costco and pop the heads/pedals off. Place them in a cardboard box in the fridge. You can do a trail run now. Purchase one rose..
