It really depends on number of stems, type of flowers, etc. We got a quote for 6 bridesmaid bouquets, 6 groomsmen boutinnieres, a bride bouquet, groom bout, toss bouquet, bouts for the fathers and corsages for the mothers and grandmothers plus about 20 centerpieces (three large mason jars full of flowers = one centerpiece, we are providing the jars). Our flowers were carnations, gerber daisies, billy buttons, fuji mums, dahlias, and ranunculus. The low end was $1200 and the high end was $2400. Our flower budget is closer to $1000 so we’re cutting to smaller mason jars with fewer stems and sticking only to carnations, billy buttons, fuji mums and gerber daisies since those are the cheaper options.

Prices vary greatly by region and what you want. My quote was $8500 for 7 bouquets, 10 bouts, 3 corsages, 10 large/tall centerpieces, petals for the aisle (400 roses worth), 4 alter arrangements, cake stand flowers, guest table flowers, arrangement for the bar, 10 cocktail table arrangments, and a bathroom arrangement.

I wanted orchids, roses, hydrangeas, and baby’s breath

@CM326:  That sounds about right to me.  Our quote is $2600 and it includes pretty much the same as you, but with a “tree” for wishes at the reception as well as 2 big flower decoration pillars for the ceremony.

I am having roses and alstroemeria for my wedding. My total was around $400 for my bouquet (12 roses), 3 bridesmaid bouquets, 7 boutonnieres, 2 corsages, and 2 arrangements (approx. 13 in.) for the church. I feel like we really got a great deal from our florist.

I went with a local florist and am spending roughly $400. This includes my bouquet (made of hydrangeas and orchids) and a fresh flower toss bouquet, a matron of honor bouquet (a little bit smaller than mine, but bigger than the other bridesmaids), 2 bridesmaids bouquet (all made with hydrangeas), 3 bags of fresh rose petals for the flower girl (only paid $7 each for bag), 8 boutonnieres (all made out of orchids), and 4 wrist corsages (again all made with orchids).

I def. could’ve made my bill cheaper by choosing cheaper flowers, but I have been in love with orchids and hydrangeas for a very long time and they were important to me to have them in my ‘spring themed lsd-tripping color wedding.’

For centerpieces I went on save-on-crafts.com and bought some preserved orchid flowers and made the centerpieces for super cheap. What I loved about my florist is that she was more than willing to do them for me, but she told me I could save a lot of money if I did them (since I told her I was DIY-ing a lot to save money) and then she even TAUGHT me how to do them! I love my florist!
