Can Sam’s Club deliver to your location?  They have most of those flowers.

What about a grocery store? I’ve known people to get wedding arrangements from their florist department. I’m not sure if they do that in Canada though.

You can get the white hydrangeas and lillys from costco.ca. I’m not sure about the others.

Try garden works in Burnaby? They are a florist but have reasonable prices imo

If you go to the flower kiosk, you can get a printed copy of the sheet they use to do orders and see exactly what they’ll order in. Their selection is limited but I just adjusted my flowers to match what they offered. The Costco flower kiosk is the safest option IMO as you don’t have to buy the flowers you order through them if they don’t look good and can switch them out for regular stock on the day of since they just put whatever you don’t buy for regular sale. There are greenhouses and fields that grow their own but if your not in the right season it won’t make a difference. I did my flowers on the west coast and found it very difficult to find somewhere that did bulk when I was planning remotely so hopefully there are some bees on here with good suggestions!

For a budget wedding the flower choices are amongst the most expensive for the end of December.
