rachyvader131313:  I was seriously considering fiftyflowers.com but I couldn’t figure out the logistics of taking care of them, then handing them off to my DOC, etc….But thankfully I FINALLY found a florist that worked within my budget. She’s not as inexpensive as fifty flowers but for the peace of mind and since she worked with my budget, it’s worth it.

I’m in the same boat! first let me say that I am definitely not a florist and do not have a lot of experience. We wanted to do them ourselves to save some money so I looked online at a couple websites Fiftyflowers.com And bloomsbythebox.com. I priced out my dream floral scenario and it was about $1,500 for 1 bride bouquet, 6 Bridesmaid or Best Man bouquets, 4 boutonnières and 17 centerpieces. That was NOT going to happen.

I have some friends who raved about the farmers market. I was skeptical but now I’m sold! i found a vendor and they will do my centerpieces for $12 each!! This doesn’t involve all the same flowers I wanted but makes the same overall impression. As it turns out the internet doesn’t always know best.

Good luck!

Costco does do flowers, as I just learned on the bee, I am really impressed too. They have them in bulk or in arrangements…the colors are limited though.

I will be going with them for my cocktail tables…the flower budget is already higher than I wanted so I will add little touches myself.
