For the dresses- I think anything that’s a jewel tone (not pastel) and not too dark (not burgundy or dark brown) so that the flowers will pop.  SOmething like pewter, champagne, tauple/latte, even a green or blue.

For what goes with the black magic roses- if you want monochromatic, I would suggest other shades of red roses, burgundy calla lillies, orchids or burgundy dahlias. If you want some complimentary colors, I would suggest the same flowers but in orange/rust/gold tones.

For the centerpieces/altar pieces- are the black magic roses too expensive to use throughout?  If so, can you use other shades of red roses?  Or things like mums, carnations, snapdragons, spray roses, hypericum berries, aisiatic lillies, golden yarrow, freesia, gerbera daisies, etc.  All of those flowers come in red, orange, rust, and/or gold tones.

Let us know how it works out!

Here are a few inspiration pictures:

I think that dendrobium orchids (smaller orchid, pure white) would be a beautiful contrast in shape and color to the black magic roses. Delphinium it a simlar shape to the orchids, but in blue.  And if you wanted a green compliment, just go for some really bold greens, like lemon leaf or some exotic leaves.

 Just some suggestions!

Can anyone provide informaiton on where I can purchase bulk realistic black magic or baccara roses (silk, natural touch, or preserved? Everyone I have look they are selling them for 3 or 6 in a pack for about 25.00.  Which isn’t in my budget.  Any help I would greatly appreciated it.

msalford01:  many times it’s actually cheaper to find the most reasonable florist that you can & order fresh flowers. Silk flowers that look pretty can get really expensive when one fresh stem might be $2.

Midnight Callas are lovely, or you can do some oranges if you like the Autum look.
