I’m getting my mom, dad, and Future Mother-In-Law an embroidered handkerchief as a personal gift from me to them. I’ve decided on what the one for my dad will say “Of all the walks we’ve taken, this is my favorite. Love, Ashley” (we’re a family of hikers, so even though that phrase is common and cheesy, it’s really applicable to us. My mom’s will say “I’ll love you forever, I’ll like you for always, as long as I’m living your baby I’ll be. Love, Ashley” (agian, cheesy and common but we have real connections/memories with that book).
And…that brings me to my Future Mother-In-Law. I don’t like the “Thank you for raising the man of my dreams” because…I just don’t. I was thinking of maybe doing “Today a groom, tomorrow my husband, always your son. Thank you for everything, Ashley”, but was wondering if anyone had better/different ideas.
TIA!
