@Ladybugg92:  I’d consider buying the smallest quantity offered of the ones you like, try a mock arrangement and see how they hold up in terms of color, quality, etc.  I think that foam roses could vary in terms of how they hold up being submersed and would suggest a trial run of the exact ones you might purchase.

The foam flowers have paper stems. So unless you cut the stems off they wont work in water.
